Merchant's House

This is a personal project/study , it was inspired by some tabletop models from the Warhammer universe.
I deicided to make a 3D model, because i love the shape and the feel of it (it has some minor proportional changes though)
I also made some basic landscape in unreal engine.
Some technical stuff:
The polycount : 11.069 polygons/22,061 tris/12,886 verts.
The textures are divided in 2 texure sets ,the resolution is 4096 pixels.
The workflow:
The low poly is modeled in 3ds max ,Zbrush is used for detailing of some of the parts, Substance Painter is used for texturing. My goal was to make the materials fully procedural so I can reuse them for something else or change something quick if I want to.
The materials for the landscape are also fully procedural and are made in Substance Designer.
Speedtree is used for the vegetation.
I also made a day/night cycle - just for fun :D
